Bruises and cuts fade, and broken limbs can be mended—but the wound of words and constant degradation persists, an invisible scar that can continue to affect the choices, behavior, and self-worth of survivors. To begin processing and healing from the trauma of abuse, Underground Moves users receive one-on-one domestic violence counseling with a licensed therapist who is also a former survivor.
